Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Bliss & Blueprint. Our products are digital downloads: The Perfect Day e-book (PDF) and the Wedding Budget Tracker (Excel and Google Sheets). Because you get the full files immediately after checkout and they can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.

When we will fix it or refund you

• A file won't download or open. Tell us what you're seeing and on which device, and we'll send a working copy or a fix. If we can't get it working for you, we'll refund you in full.
• You were charged twice for the same product by mistake. We'll refund the duplicate.
• You didn't receive your download links. We'll resend them, and refund you if we can't.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@blissandblueprint.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, for example the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand or Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy.
