Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Bliss and Blueprint!

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered via email or made available for download, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can. Once you receive access to the files, the product is considered delivered and used. For this reason, we are unable to process refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the rare case of:

  • Duplicate purchases (accidental double orders)

  • A technical issue on our end that prevents delivery and cannot be resolved

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@blissandblueprint.com with your order details.
