You're not behind. Nobody tells you the order.
The quote is never the price
Service charges, admin and staffing fees, minimums and tax can turn a $9,000 catering quote into $15,000. The planner flags every one before you sign.
The guest list decides the budget
Every extra person is a plate, a chair and a drink. A/B/C lists make cutting numbers a decision, not a fight.
Everything in one place
No more quotes in your texts, vendors in your inbox and a budget in your head. One plan, one sheet, in order.

Questions
Is anything shipped?
No, it's a digital download. You'll get the e-book (PDF), a link to your Google Sheets planner and an Excel version straight after checkout, and the links are emailed to you too.
Do I need Excel?
No. The planner is built in Google Sheets, which is free. One click saves your own private copy to your Google Drive, and it works in the Sheets app on your phone. Prefer Excel? An Excel version is included too.
I'm not in the US. Will it work for me?
Yes. Guest lists, contracts, timelines and family politics are universal. Typical costs in the book are US ranges, and the planner's currency changes in a couple of clicks (Format, Number, Currency).
When should I start?
Any time, but the first 30 days chapter is written for the week you get engaged. If your date is close, the compressed timeline covers planning in six months or less.
